HOW LONG ARE MEMBERSHIPS VALID?
One year from the date of purchase. You can buy your Children’s Museum of Illinois membership at any point during the year and it will be good for a year from the date of purchase.
DO CHILDREN’S MUSEUM OF ILLINOIS MEMBERSHIPS GIVE YOU DISCOUNTS AT OTHER MUSEUMS?
Yes! Fun Family members receive 50% off general admission for up to six (6) people at almost 200 children’s museums in the United States through the Association of Children’s Museums Reciprocal Network.
Fun Family members additionally receive free general admission to almost 300 science centers and museums located outside of a 90-mile radius “as the crow flies” from Children’s Museum of Illinois in the United States and abroad through the Association of Science-Technology Centers Passport Program.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER FAMILY?
No, Children’s Museum of Illinois memberships are non-transferable.
CAN I BRING GUESTS ALONG?
We encourage you to bring your friends and family to the Museum! Your guests can enter for regular admission: $12 for everyone aged 2 and older.
HOW CAN I GIVE THE GIFT OF MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER FAMILY?
All of our memberships can be given as a gift. Simply pay the membership fee and Museum staff will either send the membership card to you or to the family.
